Open and click rates alone don't tell you whether an email worked. The real question is: did an order come in after this email?
How it's counted
- An order placed within 7 days after a marketing email reaches the buyer counts as a conversion for that email.
- If the same person received several emails, the email with the strongest signal wins: a click beats an open, and an open beats a plain delivery. On a tie, the most recent email counts.
- Test and transactional emails are not counted.
- A canceled order is removed from conversions too.
Where you'll see it
- Brand overview: a new Conversions card and an Orders after email table. The table lists the customer, the product they bought with its image, the amount, the source and the time from email to order.
- Campaign cards: the number and value of orders each campaign brought in.
