What is Custombull?
A single dashboard for Etsy, Amazon, Shopify and eBay sellers. Trend research, AI-generated designs and automated product creation, listing preparation and SEO, copyright checks, cross-channel sync, order management, printing, packing, shipping, a custom tracking page for each order and a marketing center, all in one place.
Does Custombull print the products itself?
No. Your orders are printed, packed and shipped by the best-suited producer in our US partner network.
Do I have to pay to get started?
No. You start on the free plan, and no credit card is required. You only pay the product and printing cost of the orders you place.
How do I sign up?
Sign up at app.custombull.com/register with your email address or your Google account.
How do I learn the system?
The Academy inside the dashboard has 12 modules and 41 lessons. It walks you through everything step by step, from connecting a store to your first order.
What language is the dashboard in?
English, Turkish, German, Spanish and French. The text that goes into your listings is written in your buyers' language.
Products and printing
Which products can be printed?
T-shirts, long sleeve t-shirts, sweatshirts, hoodies, women's tanks, baby bodysuits, tote bags, aprons and banners. Kids' and youth sizes are available too.
How much do products cost?

Do I have to prepare the print file?
No. The correct design file for each order is found automatically, made print-ready and sent to the producer.
Where are products printed?
By our partner producers in the US. They ship to buyers from within the US.
How do I know if my design infringes copyright?
The copyright check compares your design and title with well-known brands and characters and explains the reason behind any risk. It costs 1 credit per product.
Who owns the rights to my designs?
The designs you upload are yours. Custombull uses your design to fulfill your orders.
Do I have to enter color and size variants from scratch for every product?
No. You save your variants once as a template and apply them to many products at once.
Quality guarantee
What if a print arrives defective?
Custombull checks and guarantees the quality of every item. If your customer receives a defective item, you get a no-questions-asked refund or the item is reprinted for free.
How do I report a defective item?
You report it from the order screen with a photo of the defective item.
Which plans does the guarantee cover?
All plans, including the free plan.
Shipping and tracking
How quickly do orders ship?
Over the last 60 days, half of all orders shipped in under 2.8 days from the moment the order was placed.
Where does my customer track their order?
Each order gets its own tracking page. It shows your store name, logo and colors and opens in your customer's language. Your customer can ask questions and send personalization requests such as a name or text from there, and you reply from your dashboard.
Is my cost visible on the tracking page?
No. Cost, address and internal notes are never shown on the tracking page. The link can't be guessed and is shared only with your customer.
Do two orders from the same customer ship separately?
No. Orders from the same customer are combined and shipped in one package.
Plans and credits
What plans are there?
Free ($0), Bronze ($29.99 a month) and Gold ($99.99 a month). Bronze includes 100 bonus credits every month, and Gold includes 400.
Does the price go up as my listing count grows?
No. The price is fixed by plan. Bronze connects 5 stores and Gold connects 10; each additional store is $9.99 a month on Bronze and $6.99 on Gold.
What are credits for?
Credits are the unit used for AI tools. For example, 5 mockups cost 3 credits, a 10-second video from an image costs 5 credits, listing SEO optimization costs 1 credit per listing, and copyright checks and quick publishing cost 1 credit per product. In Automated Production, a 100-product block costs 63 credits.
What happens to credits I don't use?
Plan credits reset at the end of the month. Credits you purchase separately never expire.
Can I buy extra credits?
Yes. 100 credits $39.99, 250 credits $89.99, 500 credits $159.99, 1,000 credits $279.99, 2,500 credits $599.99.
How do I cancel my plan?
You can cancel anytime. You keep using it until the end of the month, then you move to the free plan.
How do I pay?
You can add funds to your wallet or pay by card.
Stores and channels
Which stores can I connect?
Etsy, Shopify, eBay and Amazon. Orders from connected stores come into one dashboard, and products can be transferred between all your stores.
Can I transfer products from one channel to another?
Yes, in bulk. Drafts are prepared first and published once you approve. Your SKUs are protected and variants are adjusted to each channel's rules; for example, products with more than 250 variants are split on eBay.
How many stores can I connect?
3 on the free plan, 5 on Bronze and 10 on Gold.
Do you support TikTok Shop and Walmart?
The integrations are being prepared and are in early access. Faire is also on the early access list. You can join the waitlist.
Will Trendyol and Hepsiburada be supported?
Yes. Turkish marketplaces such as Trendyol and Hepsiburada are coming soon.
SEO and AI tools
How do listing SEO fixes work?
Your title, 13 tags and description are scored against Etsy's rules. AI prepares suggestions, shows them to you first and applies them once you approve. 500 listings per day on Bronze and 1,500 per day on Gold.
What does the idea engine do?
It scans what customers are searching for and what is trending on social media and gives you a daily digest. Ideas pass copyright and platform policy checks. AI generates the design for an idea you like, and a product draft is prepared.
What is Automated Production?
You set a monthly product quota for a store. The system then finds ideas from trend and news sources, generates the design with AI, prepares the mockups and listing text, runs a copyright check and uploads to Etsy, either with your approval or automatically if auto-publish is on. A 100-product block costs $25 or 63 credits.
How are AI mockups created?
Sale-ready images are generated from your design: 5 images for 3 credits. On Etsy, the get-ready-to-sell tool reviews your existing images and fixes the cropping.
Can Custombull help with Etsy messages?
Yes. It reads your messages and prepares reply suggestions, and you can send messages with images. The Chrome extension works right inside Etsy.
Can I send campaigns to my own customers?
Yes. From the Marketing Center, you send email, SMS and WhatsApp campaigns from ready-made templates, target customer segments and see who bought what from each campaign.
Security and team
Will Custombull change my listings without permission?
No. You see every suggestion first, and nothing changes until you approve it. Applied changes can be undone. Prices and SKUs are never touched.
How do I protect my account?
Turn on two-factor authentication. When you log in, you'll be asked for a second code in addition to your password.
Do I have to show my team everything?
No. You give team members their own logins and permissions. A team member can work without seeing orders or financial data.
Producers
I run a print shop. How do I join?
Fill out the producer application form at app.custombull.com/register/producer. Applying is free; our team reviews every application and gets back to you.
Where does my print shop need to be?
In the US, because orders ship to buyers in the US.
How do orders reach producers?
Orders placed in sellers' stores come into the Custombull dashboard and are routed to partner producers. Producers see their orders as a list in their own dashboard.
Who prepares the print files?
The correct design file for each order is found automatically and arrives print-ready. You don't need to ask the seller for files.
Where do I get the shipping label?
The shipping label is on the order's screen.
What are the payment terms?
Working terms and the payment schedule are shared with you while your application is being reviewed.
