Your price doesn't go up as your listings grow
On Custombull, the price is fixed by plan. Whether your store has 100 listings or 10,000, you pay the same plan price. The only thing that changes as you grow is your daily limit: 500 listing SEO fixes per day on Bronze and 1,500 per day on Gold. If your store count exceeds your plan's limit, you pay $9.99 per additional store on Bronze and $6.99 on Gold.

Credits are the unit used for AI tools. The Bronze plan includes 100 credits every month, and the Gold plan includes 400.

Is the free plan really free?
Yes. There is no monthly fee. You only pay the product and printing cost of the orders you place.
Do product prices include printing?
Yes. Catalog prices are starting prices with printing included. For example, the Gildan 64000 t-shirt is $6.50 and the Gildan 18500 hoodie is $15.00.
Does the price go up as my listing count grows?
No. The price is fixed by plan. The only thing that changes is your daily SEO fix limit.
Do I pay extra for defective items?
No. If your customer receives a defective item, you get a no-questions-asked refund or the item is reprinted for free. This guarantee applies on every plan.
Can I change my plan?
Yes. You can move from Free to Bronze and from Bronze to Gold. When you cancel a plan, you keep using it until the end of the month, then you move to the free plan.
Do plan credits roll over?
No. Plan credits reset at the end of the month. Credits you purchase, however, never expire.
What do 100 credits cover?
SEO optimization for 100 listings, copyright checks for 100 products, or 5 mockups each for 33 products.
How much is an additional store?
$9.99 per additional store per month on Bronze and $6.99 on Gold.
How much does Automated Production cost?
A 100-product block is $25 or 63 credits. You buy a quota of 100 to 5,000 products for a store, in multiples of 100. Sales are not guaranteed; defective output is refunded after review.
How do I pay?
You can add funds to your wallet or pay by card.
Bronze or Gold?
If you have one or two Etsy stores and 500 listing SEO fixes per day is enough, Bronze is all you need. If you manage more stores or more listings, Gold is the better fit.
