1. Scope and responsible company

This policy applies to the following surfaces operated by AKIN INDUSTRIES LLC (11500 Main St. Suite 126, Houston, TX 77025, United States of America): this marketing website, the Custombull application at app.custombull.com, the order tracking pages that sellers share with their buyers, and emails we send or that sellers send through the Marketing Center.

2. What are cookies and similar technologies?

A cookie is a small text file that a website stores in your browser. In this policy, "cookies" also covers similar technologies: browser storage (localStorage, sessionStorage), invisible measurement pixels in emails, redirecting links, and local storage used by our browser extension.

• Strictly necessary cookies: needed to provide the service you asked for, such as sign-in, security, language and remembering your cookie choice. They do not require consent, but we tell you about them here.
• Optional cookies: usage statistics, error session replay, marketing and advertising measurement, which the service can work without. These run only with your consent.
• First party and third party: a first party cookie comes from our domain; a third party cookie comes from another company's domain.

3. This marketing website

As of the last update of this policy, this marketing website sets no cookies and does not use browser storage. No Google Analytics, Meta Pixel or similar third party analytics, tracking or advertising tool is installed. Fonts are served from our own server.

If we add analytics or advertising tools to this website, we will update this table before the tool starts working and show a cookie banner that asks visitors in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, Switzerland and Türkiye for prior opt-in consent. For visitors in the United States we will provide an opt-out link for targeted advertising and honor GPC signals.

4. The Custombull application

When you connect a marketplace (such as Etsy, Shopify, eBay or Amazon) or choose "Sign in with Google", you are redirected to that platform's own page, where its cookies and policies apply.

The Chrome extension keeps its session and settings in the browser's extension storage. It only runs on marketplace message pages you open and for actions you start; it does not collect your browsing history.

5. Buyer tracking pages

Order tracking pages that sellers share with their buyers use only strictly necessary technologies: loading the page securely, submitting question and personalization forms, and preventing abuse. We do not run analytics, advertising or social media trackers on these pages.

6. Measurement in emails

Transactional emails (account, order and security notices) rely on the delivery provider's technical records to monitor delivery.

Marketing emails may contain an invisible pixel and redirecting links to measure opens and clicks. Sellers use this in the Marketing Center to see which campaign led to a sale; in that case the seller is the controller and we are the processor. To block this measurement, turn off automatic image loading in your email program or unsubscribe; every marketing email has a one click unsubscribe link.

Sellers are responsible for obtaining any consent required for measurement in the marketing emails they send to their buyers (in particular for recipients in the EU, the UK and Türkiye).

7. Managing your choices

• Cookie banner: in the application you can choose "Necessary only" or "Accept all". You can change your decision at any time from the cookie settings link in the footer. Withdrawing consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal.
• Global Privacy Control: if your browser sends a GPC signal, we apply it as a refusal of optional analytics and advertising cookies, wherever you are located.
• Browser settings: you can delete or block cookies in your browser. If you block strictly necessary cookies, you may not be able to sign in.
• Advertising settings: we do not use advertising cookies today. If we start, we will list industry opt-out tools on this page as well.
