About Integrated Platforms

1. Official permissions and limits

Custombull uses every platform integration within that platform's official permissions and limits. It is designed never to put your accounts or you at risk.

We connect to your store only with the authorization you grant, and you can revoke it at any time. We automatically respect each platform's request limits; when a quota is close to its limit, work is queued and the limit is not exceeded.

AI suggestions, bulk edits and cross-platform transfers are never published without your approval. Copyright and platform policy checks show you content that may break the rules before it goes live.

2. Etsy

The term 'Etsy' is a trademark of Etsy, Inc. This application uses the Etsy API but is not endorsed or certified by Etsy, Inc.

Custombull is not affiliated with Etsy. The name and logo are used only to indicate integration and compatibility.

3. eBay

“eBay” and its logo are trademarks of eBay Inc.. Custombull is not affiliated with eBay and is not endorsed, sponsored or certified by eBay. The name and logo are used only to indicate integration and compatibility.

For the eBay connection, Custombull uses eBay's official API, within the permissions granted by the store owner.

4. Shopify

“Shopify” and its logo are trademarks of Shopify Inc.. Custombull is not affiliated with Shopify and is not endorsed, sponsored or certified by Shopify. The name and logo are used only to indicate integration and compatibility.

“TikTok Shop” and its logo are trademarks of their owner. Custombull is not affiliated with TikTok Shop and is not endorsed, sponsored or certified by TikTok Shop. The name and logo are used only to indicate integration and compatibility.

12. Platform rules and account decisions

When you connect a store to Custombull, your agreement with that platform, its seller policies, API and developer terms, and its product and content rules continue to bind you. Complying with them is your responsibility; the checks Custombull offers (such as copyright and policy pre-checks) are aids, not a guarantee of compliance with platform rules.

Only the platform decides to remove listings, restrict or suspend accounts, hold payments, or change or shut down API access. Custombull is not responsible for those decisions or for changes platforms make to their services. If a platform changes or discontinues its API, we will try to adapt the affected feature within a reasonable time; see the Terms of Service for details.
