Can I edit my Etsy listings on the Free plan?
On the Free plan, you connect your Etsy shop and have your orders printed and shipped. Listing SEO and AI tools are included in the Bronze (2 Etsy shops) and Gold (5 Etsy shops) plans.
Will AI change my listing without asking me?
No. Suggestions are shown to you first. Nothing is sent to Etsy without your approval, and every change can be rolled back.
My products are handmade or printed by another company. Can I still use Custombull?
Yes. Listing SEO, copyright checks, cross-channel sync and order collection work independently of production. Custombull charges a flat plan price per store, so your fee doesn't go up as your listing count grows.
If I copy my Etsy listings to other channels, does the Etsy product change?
No. The Etsy listing stays exactly as it is. A draft is prepared for the other channel and goes live once you approve it.
Who prints my products?
Custombull is not a manufacturer. Your POD orders are printed, packed and shipped by our partner producer network in the US.
What happens if a defective product reaches my customer?
