Custombull checks and guarantees the quality of every order. Print alignment, color, size and product are checked one by one. If a defective item reaches your customer, report it with a photo from the order screen; you get a refund, no questions asked, or the item is reprinted.

Common questions
Will anything in my store change without my knowledge?
No. AI suggestions, bulk SEO optimization and cross-platform transfers are shown to you first and applied only with your approval; prices and SKUs are never touched. With automated production, you decide how publishing works: approve each product, or publish automatically.
What are credits?
Credits are what you spend when you use AI tools. For example, SEO optimization for one listing is 1 credit, one copyright check is 1 credit, and 5 AI mockups are 3 credits. Credits included with your plan renew every month, and credits you buy separately never expire.
How fast do orders ship?
Over the last two months, half of all orders shipped in less than 2.8 days. The tracking number is added to your store automatically.
What if my customer receives a defective item?
Custombull checks and guarantees the quality of every item. If a defective item reaches your customer, we refund you, no questions asked. Just report it with a photo from the order screen.
I already work with another print provider. Can I switch?
Yes. When you connect your store, your products come into Custombull. You choose, product by product, which ones our partner producers print. Your existing listings are not deleted.
Can I cancel my plan anytime?
Yes. You keep using it until the end of the month you cancel, then you move to the Free plan. Your orders and connected stores are not deleted.
