How does an order reach your shop?
The first three steps happen on the seller's side. You come in from step four.

The seller chooses what to sell.
- 2Design
The seller uploads a design or has AI create one; the product, color and size are chosen from the catalog.
- 3Listing and sync
The product goes live in the seller's Etsy, Shopify, eBay or Amazon store.
- 4Order
The buyer purchases, the order lands in the Custombull dashboard and is routed to you. Orders from the same customer are combined.
- 5Right design, printed
In your producer dashboard, you see the order with the product, color, size and print-ready design file, and you print it.
- 6Quality check
You compare the product to the order, check the print and pack it.
- 7Delivery
The shipping label is on the same screen. Once you ship, the buyer follows the order on a tracking page carrying the seller's brand.
How do files arrive?
The right design file for every order is found automatically and made print-ready. You don't need to ask the seller for files, dig through emails or guess which design belongs to which order. The file, order details and shipping label are all on the same screen.

What we expect from you
Custombull gives sellers a quality guarantee: if a defective item reaches the customer, the seller gets a no-questions-asked refund or a free reprint. To keep that promise, we expect the same care from every producer in our network.
The product, color and size must match the order exactly.
The print must be in the right place, at the right size, spotless and complete.
The product must be folded, clean and packed so it isn't damaged in transit.
In the last 60 days, half of all orders shipped in under 2.8 days. We expect the producers in our network to maintain this speed.
If there is a problem, missing material or a delay, report it right away through the dashboard.
Products you'll print
The catalog includes t-shirts, long sleeve t-shirts, sweatshirts, hoodies, women's tanks and baby bodysuits. Tote bags, aprons, banners, and kids and youth sizes are sold too. Products from well-known brands such as Gildan, Bella+Canvas, Comfort Colors, Next Level and Rabbit Skins are used.

Before you apply
Because orders ship to buyers in the US, your print shop needs to be in the US.
You should be able to print t-shirts, long sleeves, sweatshirts, hoodies, baby bodysuits, women's tanks, bags, aprons or banners.
Because of the quality guarantee given to sellers, error-free and on-time work matters.
Once approved, you can add teammates to your producer dashboard. It helps to have people who share the workload.
How do I join the producer network?
Applying is free. Having the information below ready speeds up the form.

Your shop's address, your machines, your print methods, the products you can print and your contact person.
- 2Fill out the application form
Describe your shop, location and capacity in the producer application form.
- 3Your application is reviewed
Our team reviews your information and contacts you if needed. Working terms and the payment schedule are shared at this stage.
- 4Your account is opened
Once approved, you get access to your producer dashboard and add your teammates.
- 5Orders start coming in
You see the orders routed to you, together with the print file and shipping label.

Where do I get the shipping label?
The shipping label is on the same screen as the order. You don't need to log into a separate system.
How do orders reach me?
Orders placed in sellers' stores land in the Custombull dashboard and are routed to partner producers. You see the orders sent to you as a list in your producer dashboard.
What happens if a print is defective?
Because sellers have a quality guarantee, defective products are reprinted or refunded. That is why it's important to check the product, color, size and file before printing. How these cases are handled is shared along with the working terms.
How and when are payments made?
Working terms and the payment schedule are shared with you while your application is being reviewed.
What format do files come in?
Files arrive print-ready. Technical details are shared along with the working terms while your application is being reviewed.
My print shop is outside the US. Can I apply?
Right now, because orders ship to buyers in the US, we work with print shops in the US.
