Shipping items one by one from Turkey to the US is both expensive and slow. With the POD model, the product never leaves Turkey at all. You run your shop from Turkey, and when an order comes in, a producer in the US prints it and ships it to the buyer from within the US.

Etsy for a built-in US buyer base, Shopify for your own brand and domain.
- 2Check that you can open one from Turkey
On the platform's seller signup page, check whether Turkey is among the supported countries and which documents are required.
- 3Set up your account and payouts
Enter your ID, tax and payout account details as the platform instructs. Check the help pages to see which payout accounts are accepted, and talk to your accountant about taxes.

Where does the money come from, and where does it go?
The path money takes in an order is simple. Custombull does not handle your sales revenue.
The US buyer purchases the product on the marketplace or your Shopify store and pays there.
Your sales revenue is sent to the account you set up, under the marketplace's own rules and payout schedule.
The product and printing cost is charged in dollars from your Custombull wallet or your card.
What remains after marketplace fees, the product cost and your plan fee (if any) are deducted from the sale price is your earnings.

A month is counted as 30 days. Shipping is assumed to be paid by the customer. Taxes and ad spend are not included. Fee rates are those in effect for the US in September 2026.

Do I need to set up a company in the US?
That depends on the rules of the marketplace you sell on and your own tax situation. For legal and tax matters, consult your accountant or a certified financial advisor.
How do I get paid?
Your sales revenue is paid to you by the marketplace you sell on or by Shopify. Check the platform's payment settings to see which accounts are accepted. You only pay Custombull the product and printing cost, plus your plan fee if you chose a paid plan.
How do I pay taxes?
How income from international sales is taxed varies by person. Be sure to consult your accountant or a certified financial advisor on this.
Can I pay Custombull in Turkish lira?
Prices are in US dollars. You can top up your wallet balance or pay by card.
Who prints the products?
Custombull is not a manufacturer. Your orders are printed by our partner producer network in the US.
What happens if a product is defective?
Custombull checks and guarantees the quality of every product. You report it with a photo from the order screen and get a no-questions-asked refund or a free reprint. You don't need to request or send anything back from Turkey.
Will the buyer see that the product is sold from Turkey?
The buyer follows the order on a tracking page that opens with your shop name, logo and color. The product ships to them from within the US.
Will my listings be in Turkish?
No. The dashboard is available in Turkish (and English, German, Spanish, French), but the title, tags and description that go into your listing are prepared in your buyers' language.
Can I connect Trendyol or Hepsiburada?
