Printed right, or we make it right.
If your order arrives damaged, misprinted or defective, let us know and we will reprint it or refund you. Because every item is made just for you, we can't accept returns for a change of mind.

What files can I upload?
PNG, JPG or WebP up to 20 MB. For the sharpest print use a large image; about 3000 pixels on the long side is ideal. A transparent PNG prints without a background box. If a design is too small for the print size, we warn you before you order.
Will my product look like the preview?
Yes. The preview uses the real product photo and the exact print area, and we print the same placement you see. Colors can look slightly different on screen than on fabric or canvas.
Can I print on the front and back?
Yes, where the product supports it. Select each print area in the designer and add your design to it. Extra print areas are shown in the price before checkout.
How much is shipping?
Shipping is calculated live from your address and the items in your cart. You see every option, its price and the estimated delivery date before you pay.
How do I track my order?
You receive a confirmation email with a private tracking link. You can also open "My orders", enter your email and sign in with a one-time code to see all your orders.
Can I cancel or change my order?
Contact us as soon as possible. We can change or cancel an order before production starts. Once an item is printed it is made just for you.
Do I need to own the rights to my design?
Yes. Upload only designs, photos and logos you own or have permission to use. We use your file only to preview, print and deliver your order.
