Multiple stores, one team, one dashboard
Bring your stores together in one place and give your team only the access their work requires. Fix listings in bulk, move products between all your channels, and ship orders from the same customer in one package.
How many stores, how much work
Pricing is flat based on the number of stores. Your fee doesn't go up as your listing count grows.
| Free | Bronze | Gold | |
|---|---|---|---|
| Monthly fee | $0 | $29.99 | $99.99 |
| Connected stores | 3 | 5 | 10 |
| Extra store | No | $9.99/mo | $6.99/mo |
| Etsy shops with listing editing | No | 2 | 5 |
| Daily listing SEO optimization | No | 500 | 1,500 |
| Daily quick publish | No | 40 | 100 |
| Credits included every month | No | 100 | 400 |
Listing SEO optimization uses 1 credit per listing, and quick publish uses 1 credit per product. Plan credits renew at the end of the month; purchased credits never expire.
Everyone sees their work, and nothing more
You create sub-users for your teammates. You decide what each of them can see and change.
Each team member works with their own login. No need to share passwords.
The person working on listings can do so without seeing order and financial data.
Give the person handling orders and customer questions access to only those screens.
With two-factor authentication, a second code is required at login in addition to the password.
Set up your team in 4 steps
- 1Connect your stores
Connect your Etsy, Shopify, eBay and Amazon stores to the dashboard.
- 2Define roles
Clarify who prepares listings, who handles orders and who sees the financials.
- 3Create sub-users
Give each team member a separate login and only the permissions their work needs.
- 4Share templates
Save variant templates once. Everyone on the team works from the same templates, so products stay consistent.
Your Shopify store and your marketplaces, in step
Manage your own Shopify store together with your marketplace stores. A product you prepare on one channel is copied to your other channels and published once you approve it. SKUs are preserved, and variants are adjusted to each channel's rules. Orders from every channel arrive in one dashboard.
- EtsyEtsy orders arrive automatically. Products move in both directions as drafts and are published with approval.
- eBayBulk transfer with SKUs preserved; products that may break eBay's rules are flagged separately.
- AmazonProduct transfer and sales data in the same dashboard as your other channels, with year-over-year comparison.
- WalmartThe connection is in the works. Once it opens, it will join the same sync setup; you can join the waitlist for early access.
Hundreds of products at once
Fix listings in bulk: title, 13 tags and description get an SEO score, suggestions are shown first and applied with your approval. Save variant templates once and apply them to many products. Transfer your products in bulk between all your platforms. Products with more than 250 variants are split to meet eBay's rules.
- Prices and SKUs are never touched
- Every change can be rolled back
- Transfers start as drafts and go live with approval
- 1,500 listings a day on Gold
What helps as order volume grows
Separate orders from the same customer ship in one package.
The right design file for the order is found, prepared for print and sent to a partner producer.
Each store gets tracking pages with its own name, logo and color. Customers can send questions and personalization requests, and the page opens in the customer's language.
If a defective item goes out, you get a no-questions-asked refund or a free reprint. Report it from the order screen with a photo.
Send email, SMS and WhatsApp campaigns to each store's own customers with ready-made templates, target them with segments, and see who bought what from which campaign.
See your stores side by side
Don't guess which store is growing and which has stalled. Compare your stores' sales year over year and see them on one screen together with your Amazon data. Put your effort into the store that pays off most.
- Multi-year sales comparison
- All channels on one screen
- Financial screens open only to people you authorize
A day in the life of a multi-store seller
- 1Morning: orders
Orders from all stores in one list. Files are ready and orders that can be combined already are.
- 2Midday: listings
A team member reviews suggestions for low-scoring listings, and approved ones are applied.
- 3Afternoon: new products
New designs are prepared with templates, pass the copyright check and are copied to other channels as drafts.
- 4Evening: customers and numbers
Customer questions get quick answers with suggested replies, and you glance at sales analytics.
Questions multi-store sellers ask
I have more than 10 stores. What should I do?
On Gold, you pay $6.99 per month for each store beyond 10. On Bronze, an extra store is $9.99 per month.
Will my fee go up as my listing count grows?
No. Pricing depends on your plan and number of stores. The daily SEO optimization limit is 500 listings on Bronze and 1,500 on Gold.
Are orders from the same customer across different stores combined?
Order combining works to ship orders from the same customer in one package.
Can my team member see fees and profit?
Not unless you allow it. You set permissions person by person.
Does a change in one store carry over to the others automatically?
Not without your approval. Products are copied to other channels as drafts first and published once you approve them.
Do my SKUs change during transfer?
No. Your SKUs are preserved. Variants are adjusted to each channel's rules; for example, products with more than 250 variants are split on eBay.
Bronze or Gold?
If you edit listings in one or two Etsy shops, Bronze is enough. If you need editing in up to five Etsy shops and 1,500 listings a day, Gold is the right fit.
