The Order Tracking Center is live. Once you turn it on in your dashboard, every new marketplace order gets its own private tracking page for the buyer.
What's included
- Step-by-step status: design matching, printing, packing and shipping all show on one page.
- Buyers see only their own order. Prices, addresses and internal notes are never shared on the page. Each link is generated with an unguessable key.
- Question box: buyers write their questions on the tracking page; they land in the Order questions section of your dashboard, and you reply from there.
- Language and branding: the page opens in the buyer's language. You set the brand name, logo and accent color.
- Personalization: for personalized products, buyers can add photos and text to the print area they paid for and adjust the placement in a preview.
How to use it
Open the Order Tracking Center page in your dashboard and save your settings. You can copy each order's tracking link from the order details and share it with your buyer.
