Embroidery tool terms

Version: October 26, 2026. Provider: AKIN INDUSTRIES LLC, trading as Custombull, 11500 Main St. Suite 126, Houston, TX 77025, United States. Contact: hello@custombull.com.

1. The service

Custombull Embroidery provides automatic image-to-DST digitizing, queues, previews, downloads and account history. We do not provide physical embroidery, human digitizing, legal advice, copyright clearance or marketplace approval. These product terms supplement the Custombull Terms of Service; these product-specific prices, allowances and billing descriptions govern this tool.

2. Your artwork and permissions

You must own your uploads or hold all permissions needed to upload, reproduce, modify, digitize, manufacture, distribute and sell them for your intended use. This includes copyright, trademark, design, publicity and privacy rights. A license to use an image does not necessarily permit selling a digital embroidery file. Check the actual license before proceeding.

You are responsible for the legality of your uploads, requested processing, outputs and subsequent use. Conversion does not make an unauthorized design lawful, transfer another person’s rights to you or certify a design as safe to sell. We do not claim ownership of your original artwork. Rights in outputs remain subject to the underlying artwork, applicable law and third-party rights.

You grant us limited permission to store, process, reproduce and transmit your files as needed to provide, secure, troubleshoot and support the requested service. This does not authorize us to sell your artwork or publish it in a public gallery. Only upload materials you are authorized to provide.

3. Prohibited use and copyright reports

Do not upload infringing, unlawful or malicious material; bypass allowances or security controls; share or resell account access; scrape other users’ files; or automate bulk access through an unsupported API. We may restrict abuse, disable disputed files and suspend repeat infringers, subject to applicable law.

Rights holders can contact hello@custombull.com, subject “Embroidery copyright report”. Identify the work and relevant job or material, explain your rights and the claimed unauthorized use, and provide contact details, signature and statements required by applicable notice law. We review reports and take appropriate action. This description does not assert statutory safe harbor status or government certification. See the Acceptable Use and Copyright Policy for the general reporting process.

4. Free allowance and queues

Free use permits five conversions daily, resetting at 00:00 UTC. Account and network limits apply; a shared network may share an allowance. Free jobs enter one shared queue. Priority jobs use separate parallel workers. Estimates depend on recent processing and current demand; they are not guaranteed delivery times.

Temporary interruptions may be retried automatically. Complex artwork may be prepared with fewer colors; inspect the preparation note and preview. If bounded recovery cannot finish, we may ask for simpler artwork. Cancelling a queued job or an unsuccessful service job returns its reserved free conversion or pack credit. Unlimited jobs do not spend pack credits.

5. Subscriptions, packs and cancellation

Unlimited monthly costs US $39 per month. Unlimited yearly costs US $374.40 per year, charged as one annual payment. Annual pricing is 20% below twelve $39 payments ($468), saving $93.60 per year. The equivalent $31.20/month is not an installment option.

Paid unlimited subscriptions have no daily or monthly conversion count allowance. Each account can have at most three queued or processing jobs at once. Priority worker capacity is shared: unlimited does not mean unlimited concurrency, reserved compute or instant completion. Technical and file limits, normal queues and the prohibition on account sharing and unsupported automated access still apply.

Subscriptions renew automatically at the selected monthly or yearly price until renewal is cancelled. Cancel through My files in the tool. Access continues until the paid period ends. Cancellation does not erase generated files or automatically refund earlier payments. After paid access ends or a renewal is unpaid, remaining pack credits or free allowances may be used. Existing subscriptions are not automatically moved to a new price or interval.

Optional one-time priority packs provide 10 conversions for $19 or 30 for $45. They do not expire. One conversion or size/preset revision uses one credit when not covered by an unlimited subscription. Prices are in USD; any applicable tax and final total must be shown before payment. No physical item, human digitizing, copyright clearance or API access is included.

Send billing issues and refund requests to support with your payment reference. The Refund Policy and mandatory consumer law apply. Nothing here removes mandatory cancellation, withdrawal or refund rights. Access starts after payment verification; checking a box does not by itself waive statutory rights.

6. Mockup previews and production limits

Free PNG preview downloads have a maximum 512-pixel longest side. Original-resolution preview downloads require an active paid unlimited subscription; one-time priority packs do not unlock them. Original render dimensions vary by design. These images approximate the planned embroidery for product mockups and are not photographs or guarantees of a physical sew-out. Actual thread texture, fabric behavior, lighting and colors can vary. Core DST downloads remain included in free conversions. The conversion uses image-processing and stitch-planning algorithms rather than generative AI; file checks do not establish a comparative error rate or guarantee successful production.

Automatic flat-fill stitching best suits simple, clear artwork. Tiny text, narrow lines, gradients, detailed illustrations, specialist satin work and 3D puff can require professional manual digitizing. Inputs are PNG/JPG/WebP, up to 8 MB, 24 million pixels, 5–300 mm per canvas side and a maximum of 12 thread colors. Machine DST support and usable hoop dimensions vary.

Always review the stitch preview, dimensions, stitch count and thread sequence, and sew a sample on the intended fabric using appropriate stabilizer, needle and thread before production or sale. DST does not contain a full thread color palette. File verification cannot guarantee sew quality, machine compatibility, commercial success or freedom from infringement. You remain responsible for manufacturing and sales decisions.

7. Accounts, data and support

Embroidery accounts, passwords, jobs and billing records are separate from Custombull dashboard login. Stripe processes payments using our payment provider account. Administrators can review Embroidery members, subscriptions, payments and job status to operate and support the service. Guest history depends on the browser session; register before clearing cookies to retain account access.

Uploads and outputs are stored privately, not in a public gallery. We retain account, file and transaction records for service delivery, support and applicable recordkeeping. Contact support for access, correction or deletion requests; legally required transaction records may need to be retained. See the Privacy Policy for further processing details and rights.

8. Software and lawful responsibilities

Custombull branding, interface and original service content are protected by applicable intellectual property law. Hosted access does not license copying or redistribution of our proprietary code, circumventing controls or extracting private service code, except where law permits. Third-party components retain their respective licenses.

We take reasonable steps to operate the service but cannot promise uninterrupted availability or successful preparation of every design. Limitations in the general terms apply only where lawful. Nothing excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded or transfers our own statutory obligations to users. Contact support before relying on the tool for time-critical or large production runs.
